The Free plan is ideal for solo users who want to try Fluent Forms before upgrading. You get up to 3 form templates, 100 submissions per month, and 30 AI credits to experiment with AI form generation and field types.

How limits scale
Every Pro subscription includes a base allowance. Each additional user you add increases your limits:

For example, a team of 5 would have 90 form templates, 3,000 submissions, 600 AI credits, and 13 GB of storage per month.
AI credits explained
AI credits power three features:
- AI form generation — 1 credit per form
- Voice Fill — 1 credit per transcription
- AI text fill — 1 credit base + 0.2 per field beyond 5
Credits reset each billing cycle. Unused plan credits don't roll over, but purchased credit packs never expire.
Running low? You can buy a one-off pack of 1,000 credits from Company Settings at any time. These are used only when your monthly allowance runs out.
When to upgrade
Here are some signs it's time to move from Free to Pro:
- You need to assign forms to other people
- You want Voice Fill for hands-free inspections
- You want to track work with custom workflow statuses
- You're hitting the 3-form or 100-submission limit
- You want to remove Fluent Forms branding
- You need more than 30 AI credits per month
How to upgrade
- Open Company Settings from the sidebar
- Click Manage Subscription
- Choose your number of users and complete checkout
