Pinning Your Most-Used Forms
Pin your favourite forms for instant one-tap access from the sidebar.
If you fill the same form every day — a vehicle walkaround, a room inspection, a daily safety check — pinning it saves you from scrolling through your full work queue each time.
How to pin a form
There are two places you can pin a form:
From My Work
- Find the form in your My Work queue on the home page
- Hover over the form card
- Click the pin icon in the top-right corner
The icon fills in and a "Pinned" badge appears on the card to confirm.
From inside a form
- Open any assigned form
- Click the pin icon in the form header (next to the form title)
This is handy when you're already filling a form and realise you'll need it again tomorrow.
Viewing your pinned forms
Pinned forms live in their own section — click Pinned in the sidebar to see them all in one place. Each pinned form shows:
- Workflow status — the current status colour and label
- Progress bar — how many fields are filled vs. total
- Recurring badge — if the form is on a schedule
Click any pinned form to jump straight into filling it.
Unpinning a form
To unpin, use any of the same methods:
- From My Work — hover the card and click the pin icon again
- From the form header — click the filled pin icon to toggle it off
- From the Pinned page — hover the row and click the pin icon on the right
The form stays in your My Work queue — it just won't appear on the Pinned page any more.
Pinning is personal — it only affects your account. Other team members won't see your pins and you won't see theirs.
Tips
- Pin your daily forms — if you run the same inspection every morning, pin it so it's always one tap away
- Combine with Voice Fill — open a pinned form and tap the microphone to start dictating immediately, no typing required
- Use for recurring forms — scheduled forms that reappear on a cycle are great candidates for pinning
