Reset Password

How to reset your password from your profile or the login screen.

Locked out or just want to update your password? You can reset it in two ways depending on whether you're signed in or not.

From the login screen (forgot password)

If you can't sign in, use the forgot-password flow to receive a reset link by email.

  1. Go to the Login page
  2. Click Forgot password? below the sign-in form
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link — it should arrive within a minute
  5. Click the link and choose a new password (minimum 6 characters)

The reset link expires after a short time. If it's no longer valid, repeat the steps above to request a new one.

From your profile (already signed in)

If you're already logged in and want to change your password:

  1. Click your avatar in the bottom of the sidebar
  2. Open Profile
  3. Click Reset Password
  4. Enter your new password (minimum 6 characters)
  5. Click Save

Your new password takes effect immediately for future logins.

Didn't receive the reset email?

If the reset email hasn't arrived:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — reset emails sometimes land there
  • Make sure you used the right email — the email must match the one you signed up with
  • Wait a moment — emails can take up to a minute to arrive
  • Try again — request a new reset link if the first email doesn't show up

If you signed up with Google or another social login, you may not have a password set. Try signing in with Google instead.
